We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

 

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition

• The item must be returned in its original packaging

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@nereva.org. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, worn, used, or damaged items cannot be returned.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
